Jumbo lump crab, crème fraîche, preserved lemon, mustard butter sauce
Peaches & Burrata Salad
Farro, peach vinaigrette, brown butter & herb crumble, oven roasted brown sugar peaches
Spring-Berry Avocado Flatbread
Smashed avocado, strawberry feta cream, blueberry & baby arugula pesto, ruby port gastrique
Watermelon Feta Salad
Compressed watermelon, honey-citrus, dill oil, candied walnuts, pickled red onion
Charred Octopus
Braised cannellini bean purée, Calabrian chili vinaigrette, mojo verde
Monkey Bread Sundae
Sweet brioche, peach compote, vanilla ice cream, white chocolate pretzel bits
Golden Hour
Chocolate turns up where you least expect it — cocoa beer batter on the calamari, chocolate BBQ on the short rib sliders. Pick any three bites as a tasting trio, or start with a flight of prosecco, rosé and Brachetto poured against white, milk and dark.
