Secrets to French Macarons with Rene Olmeda
$75 - 8 people max

Come and join Pastry Master Rene Olmeda in this 2.5 hour class where guests will learn the secrets to making the perfect French Macaron. We will show the French method and each guest will work through the steps of creating the batter, to piping and finally assembling these tasty confections. By the end of this class guests will have the fundamentals of macarons down to a science, and take home their beautiful creations.

Come Enjoy an Evening with Us in Our One Hour Chocolatier Instructed Class Followed by Our Three-Course Tasting Menu Created by Executive Chef, Santosh Tiptur. The Class Includes Chocolate History, a Chocolate Tasting, as well as Hands-on Truffle Rolling. Each Guest Will Leave with Their Own Creations and a Better Appreciation for Fine Chocolate and Cuisine.

Chocolatier instructed class where each guest will learn how to make ganache, bon bons and truffles. The class includes chocolate history, a chocolate tasting, as well as hands on bon bon enrobing and truffle rolling. "Join us for this educational, popular and fun event! The Conche at Village at Leesburg presents a 2 hour class where you will learn the history of cocktails and to prepare and create what will certainly be some of your absolute favorite drinks! Your ticket includes a welcome drink, snacks, fun, an amazing cocktail education, and a Sweet Finale featuring The Conche Signature Dessert to be paired with your last sip!

Enjoy a welcome cocktail prepared by our master mixologists. Learn how to stir, shake, and muddle properly and develop an understanding of the perfect garnishes.

Sip and Sculpt Class

Master Chocolatiers Sara Dobson and Kathleen Faliskie instruct our hands on Sip and Sculpt class right here in our exclusive chocolate lab designed by Santosh Tiptur, our chef and owner. Your ticket includes an introduction to the history and origin of chocolates, how to differentiate between good and bad chocolate, and chocolate tastings. Tickets to this class also include 2 drinks from the bar and light appetizers. $85 / Person
