Art of Chocolate Making
Chocolatier instructed class where each guest will learn how to make ganache, bon bons and truffles. The class includes chocolate history, a chocolate tasting, as well as hands on bon bon enrobing and truffle rolling. Each guest will leave with their own creations and a better appreciation for fine chocolate.

The Art of Cocktail Making with a Master Mixologist
Mixologist instructed class where each guest will learn how to make classics, twists on classics, intricate garnishes, and the proper techniques of making various cocktails. The Conche Bar Team demonstrates different techniques used to make cocktails & garnishes and teaches how to sous vide liquor for a fun personalized drink. The class includes history, the creation of classic/modern cocktails, as well as proper shaking, stirring, and muddling techniques.

Join our Master Chocolatier Sara Dobson and Executive Pastry Chef Kathleen Faliskie for a fun interactive experience, creating your very own chocolate sculptures while sipping on your favorite drink. You will learn the history and origin of chocolate, how to differentiate between good and bad chocolates and enjoy a chocolate tasting. Class includes 2 drinks of your choosing and lite bites.
